Injury Spates and What Causes Them

We've read in the past about Liverpool FC going through a spate of injuries for which Jurgen Klopp was blamed due to his style of play and his demands for high intensity football, but is this really the case? Being a coach who demands high intensity "fighting" from my own athletes I can assure there's nothing about high intensity performing which causes injuries, if the training camp is running correctly. 6 players out with hamstring problems is no coincidence however, and there is indeed a problem, but not the one Allardyce is waving at.
